The purpose of the media annoucement request form is for NFGC ministry leaders and staff to request media/audio support for productions, visual/graphic announcements for use on our website and social media platforms.

To ensure all NFGC media material is of high quality and consistent with our brand, all graphic designs representing Nazaree Full Gospel Church must be created by our media team. We are confident our team has the knowledge and resources to bring your requests to fruition, while also aligning with our vision and abiding by our regulations.

This form is a requirement for all media requests, it enables us to assist efficiently and effectively.  To ensure your requests are met, please submit within the timeframes outlined below. 

Graphic Media: 3-4 Weeks           Audio Media: 3-4 Weeks                 Video Media: 4-8 Weeks
